“Russian Bombings” are ordered by Putin of which he values keeping open communication with.. I can’t respect that view under the circumstances since bombings have horrific consequences

You're not really answering the question, are you? Please, allow me to do that for you @Ph_Etienne. ABSOLUTELY !!! Putin is a monster and as long as we allow him to murder innocent civilians for fear of what he 'might' do if we interfere, only shows COWARDICE. He will not stop!
