How about Moscow? His war crimes include victims in Russia’s armed forces as did Lyndon B Johnson’s in American armed forces in Vietnam during his terms.
.@SenatorCardin says we should give Zelensky the ability to leverage sanctions in forging a peace deal as long as it includes an iron-clad, deal-breaking condition that Putin be in handcuffs when he signs the agreement. Sounds like a winning deal for more war!

Lol! The US shouldn’t join the ICC because of politics (it’s really because we commit war crimes) so we need to create a new venue to try Putin for war crimes
