It's shameful that the USA is not a signatory to the Rome Statute, creating the ICC. And bitterly ironic that we now indict Russia's targeting of civilians as a war crime, as defined in Article 8 of the Rome Statute.

When was the last time the United States used cluster munitions?
USA,UK supplied Cluster bomblets dropped in Yemeni Civilian Marketplaces and Yemeni Civilian Apartment complexes. Many of those murdered, maimed are children. USA supplied the White Phosphorus artillery rounds used by Israel on State of Palestine SCHOOLS filled with children also

Moral consistency. I want it too, but as we know, too many who've been in & out of D.C. over the past several decades know they'd be in the same stewpot w/Putin for their actions. So, we are left with more hypocrisy and the U.S. credibility chasm on this score growing wider.
