This is the narrative they are selling. It is not the feeling of the majority of Americans. The people want "leaders" to act responsibly to try to actually end COVID, not end precautions while COVID is still raging.

Excellent commentary, Mehdi. To me it's simple, the gov't wants us to believe COVID is over so we a) don't miss work if we get sick and b) they want us to keep working to make more profit for their corporate donors. The vaccines are wonderful, but it's just part of the puzzle.
