As an ER doc who tried to transfer pts to her hospital recently & had pts trying to access care from my clinic in SF I can tell you UCSF haven't "managed their admissions". If you are a tert care center that won't even take transfers of your own specialty patients, you're not OK.

I love in Ireland. We have a far higher rate of vaccination than this lady's area. If her predictions were transplanted to Ireland they would still be wrong.

"My extremely myopic view of things informs my predictions, repeatedly." Points for admitting she was wrong though. Hopefully, she sticks to her promise to try not to make any more predictions. There are several others who should take her advice.

Thanks for calling her out. She’s been a media darling and outside of Twitter, I’d seen no media question her incredibly wrongheaded predictions and interpretations. Now question Vinay Prasad, as well.
