Absolutely because the Taliban will definitely use that money to build farms for the people, schools for young girls and generally uplift the people of Afghanistan. Or they will do the exact opposite which anyone with 3 brain cells knows is what would actually happen
Who gets the money? Do the people who need the money actually get it? While this seems to bea catch 22 the people are in dire need.
