Some day, somewhere a war crimes tribunal will be setup and Dick Cheney will be tried - posthumously, in all probability . A war criminal should be, must be & could be tried in life, in absentia or thereafter.

The story here is that every other Congressional Republican in Washington has less honor and class than a man like Dick Cheney. What an awful world we live in.
