Remember MADD? Mothers Against Drunk Driving helped pass laws that held drunk drivers accountable… and helped reduce the tragedies. @shannonrwatts sees a similar reform opportunity with parental liability for school shooters:

Certainly do. My Mom was a known face of MADD, having survived a head-on car collision with a drunk driver, after spending close to 4 months in the hospital, 1976. MADD became her mission. A 16 year old drunk driver. He pretty much walked away from it.

I was an 80’s teen too. Father gave me first rifle at 6. Always had access to guns, but we didn’t have the culture problem we have now. During hunting season our trucks were packed and parked at school. Compared guns in the lot, and no one batted an eye. Also, no shootings.
Fully believe she could do it too!!!!
MADD refuses to take any stance against the sale of nips. Outside of air or train travel, there is no use for nips other than for car drivers to get a buzz. Disgraceful failure by MADD.
This is a great point. Where is the Mother's Against School Shootings (MASS) group? If suburban parents can be whipped into a frenzy against a nonexistent issue in CRT, however potential is there with tackling an actual issue that only the most deranged are indifferent to?
Driving isn’t a Constitutionally protected right. So, if you, a stranger, breaks into my home, my safe etc, steal my gun, and kill people, you think I should be charged? Why should it be different if my kid is thief? Let’s hold only the perp acct.
