Dems are reaping what they sowed by failing to win a decisive margin in the Senate. “As two conservative Democrats hold the president’s agenda hostage,” says @mehdirhasan, “imagine what a different place we’d be in right now if the Democrats had run better campaigns last year.”

Dems have perfected how to set themselves up for failure.
Agreed…. NC should get behind @JeffJacksonNC he’s legit
this happened because they endorsed corporate dems instead of more popular and progressive ones in primaries. And they will do it again.

This is excessive The Dems did not "sow" failing to win a decisive margin. Of course would be fantastically better if they had 55 or 60 real Dem Senators, but they did not plan that, of course. Your anger at the result might be blinding you to the realities of the mass hysteria.
Whom people vote for says more about themselves than the person they voted for. Millions of Americans voted for tRUMP because that's WHO they are. You can't even get people to take a shot to save their own lives and that of their children, yet you believe Democrats failed.

That’s as silly as saying what if all those people who voted for Jill stein, or didn’t vote because they didn’t like HRC and were unable to see that SCOTUS was on the line as well. DEMs circular firing squad is well known
I don’t disagree with your analysis but a number of races were won by Republicans that were suspect. If you/your staff don’t already, please follow @jennycohn1 @JonathanSimon14 and @GrassrootsSpeak - and then invite them on your show.

They swept Georgia. GEORGIA! How about if we didn’t try and nationalize races in Maine, Iowa and North Carolina?

Not only last year, but for several election cycles before that. OTOH, maybe it matters less and less anymore. Politics is becoming a celebrity sport (is it possible to run a successful campaign against a former college football coach, or Herschel Walker or Matthew McCaughnehey?

They won 2 senate seats in Georgia, ffs. It’s not Dems fault Sinema wants to cash in before she’s voted out. And Manchin works for McConnell and West Virginia voters are as dumb as rocks.
