The most under-reported aspect of Eastman's somewhat deranged and cocktail-napkin-ish "legal memo" is that the linchpin of his plan is for Mike Pence to essentially commit fraud Normally, lawyers don't instruct clients to commit fraud (or aren't dumb enough to put it in writing)
