What’s the likelihood the U.S. military will reconsider drone strikes following backlash over the killing of 10 innocent civilians in Afghanistan? “They don’t keep track of the people killed in drone strikes. They do that deliberately,” says @AymanM “There is no accountability.”

did we get an apology for the twelve soldiers and civilians killed by the Taliban/Isis suicide bombs at the airport?
How many Afghanis died in airstrikes during tfg's admin??

I disagree. Our military keeps track of EVERYTHING as does our entire government. I can assure you that somewhere within the bowels of both, these numbers are WELL KNOWN & very carefully tracked. They may well be classified but they are absolutely known.

I’ll repeat: this is one of the reasons HRC lost; but trump dropped twice as many drones as Pres O and was opaque about collateral bbc.com/news/world-asia-5522…

Ending the use of drones wouldn’t end civilians casualties. It’s not like they didn’t happen before.

I truly wish they would offer this grieving family something I’m not a diplomat but how about an apology/whatever they need to heal, USA mil.need to make it right. You can’t just say it’s an accident & move on that’s inhumane. We are better or should be.
March 2019, Trump overrules Obama's 2016 executive order for intel officials to publish the number of civilian deaths outside of war zones. (Seems minimal to me.) bbc.com/news/world-us-canada…
