Agree with Messi. The only reason this price tag is shocking is that so rarely (for decades now) do actual real citizens and families get the benefit of tax dollars at work. We got used to $$ flowing to businesses and rich people in our behalf. NO MORE

Bipartisanship in the current environment is a fantasy. If the Dems don't go all in, on their own, they'll lose. Someone needs to get that through the thick skulls of Manchin and Sinema. If they've been bought off, that needs to be exposed, loudly & clearly.

The American people care about saving the democracy and Progressives game of chicken will likely lose it for all of us.

States & cities & communities like being able to make long term plans about infrastructure improvements as do businesses looking to plan appropriately. Bipartisanship is a word without practical meaning - overused jargon to halt progress. Just get it done! Invest in the future!
