Wouldn't surprise me one bit if @Sen_JoeManchin and @SenatorSinema are just playing games to keep Democrats happy. Koch owns them, it will take a miracle for Voting Rights to pass with the filibuster still in place. All part of their plan. 💰💰💰💰💰
