Prosecutors keep cutting plea deals with Jan. 6 insurrectionists for misdemeanor "unlawful picketing and parading," with a maximum sentence of 6 months and $500. "Judges increasingly are expressing their heartburn about that," says @MacFarlaneNews. "Judges say 'Why not more?'"

Are they part of insurrectionists? Are they obeying Donald? Why can't Judge override #JusticeMatters @TheJusticeDept

They shouldn't be allowed to make plea deals, especially when the crime is treason, and that's exactly what they were trying to do when they tried to stop the certification of the election! This was a Federal crime, not a misdemeanor!

Trump will end up with probation for a year and still be able to run again
Why? Because they're white. Maddening!

But can’t a judge refuse the plea deal and give a harsher sentence????
Judges are saying why not more? I know. Because #prosecutors for the #January6th #Insurrection are sympatric toward #Insurrectionists. Maybe because defendants are white. Everyone knows, #justice isn't always blind. Can't the judge impose changes to the plea?

There are deaths to pay for. How much is an American life worth these days?

Judges issuing sentences - they’re not bound by the prosecutions recommendations.
