A bigger question, why states haven't disbursed the funds they were already given to help renters? This could help a lot of people even without a new memorandum on evictions. politico.com/news/2021/07/02…

People my story is about an illegal eviction. I always paid my rent, never late. The landlord won't fix faulty wiring issues with the home I've been renting. Instead of fixing things, he decided in March this year to evict me, telling the court that I owed him $1150.00 LIES!!!

Ask them what they spent their unemployment benefits on. Guarantee they were all paid more than they normally make in salary during the pandemic.
