@mehdirhasan can BS all he wants about Adams (Many people like Israel), but Adams is ahead because the others wants to make excuses for crime rates going up instead of confronting criminals. If u don’t make voters feel safe, you’re going to lose elections. It’s only logical.
Reminder to you (and to “Law & Order: Organized Crime”) and to everyone else: NYC is NOT America’s largest city. It’s not even in the top 20. It’s America’s most populous city but that’s not the same.
