Does this mean no Federal employee can be sued? If POTUS murders someone in cold blood, does he not have to sit for a deposition, provide DNA, sit for a trial? Just curious, did the DOJ represent @BillClinton in his defamation case with Paula Jones?

She said nothing! Absolutely nothing! I listened and I have no clearer idea of a)why this was a difficult desicion and b)why they would decide they would have to defend #FormerGuy. What an absurd decision.
