I know 2 people who don’t want to get vaccinated, and they work in an office that serves mostly elderly. My questions are - are the elderly (vaxxed) customers safe around the non-vaccinated workers? Should I stop nagging these two to get the shot? Should the business require it?

No questions here. Fully vaccinated but will continue to wear a mask until all age groups of kids are vaccinated. Then we can watch MAGA'S exercise their right to infection all they want.

Ok i beleive the wearing of mask and thorough hand washing should remain for ever. The mask will protect you from many other dirt.
