What’s the democrats plan to stop this

Certification process by Senate is merely a formality per Constitution. It’s the will or vote of states’ populace that count. If a R Congress tosses out the people’s vote, I believe there would be a revolution, mass protests, etc. Republicans would further destroy their party.
