I’m so sorry this is happening to you, but has anyone tried blackmail or bribery? Seems like it would be up your alley?
Well if Breyer stays on the court til he dies, he won’t be around to have ppl say I-told-u-so when President DeSantis appoints a replacement that makes Clarence Thomas look like @tribelaw

FFS the republicans have already (repeatedly) politicized the court and will again
Justices should only retire for time-honored traditional reasons, like their son being the President's bank loan officer.

That ship sailed the minute McConnell became majority leader.
He can say that when the current make up of the Court is undeniably partisan? 2 suggestions: term limits or term limits w/ age limits. EX The term ends on the earlier of: 15 years of service or attainment of age 80. No one deserves a lifetime gift of control.
