I disagree with this idea. It would take an unreasonable amount of time to build the infrastructure to make the vaccine and deliver it to where it’s needed. It is much quicker just to produce the vaccine using existing facilities and deliver whereby saving lives now!

A true statesman & Patriot with diplomatic skills would have contacted Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson and urged them to do this on their own & would have succeeded. Instead we have Biden, a career politician laser focused on a legacy & seeking ‘hero’ status.

We need more American vaccines brought in to the Philippines. This is a must. Not just China's or UK's. We need a variety for Senior's. Thank you.
