Wise business decision by Dan Price. As CEO be part of the team in all aspects. Pay your staff appropriately. Employees who are trained, compensated and treated fairly are productive. Pretty simple and very effective.
Great segment!! Hope Dan Price runs for office or somehow gets a much bigger platform.
$70k is a living wage?! How expensive is it to live in the US?! In the UK, that's around £50k, and you'd be doing very well on that salary.
It's had real, positive impacts on the city too. It's telling that so-called conservatives mocked and screamed at the move, because it stimulated stability and prosperity and "family values" in the community. Things the hypocrites usually stump for. But capitalism beats Jesus.

And he doesn't even begin to cover the spending. These people, who are earning real money, will be spending it — local restaurants, hardware stores, car shops, bike shops, bookstores — all these places will feel boosting ripple effects of more money in the local economy.
