Jasmila Žbanić’s Bosnian war drama “Quo Vadis, Aida?” is up for a Best Foreign Language Oscar, and the story is relevant today: “My film is showing that war is not a solution to anything,” she tells @mehdirhasan. “In war everybody is a loser...there are no winners in any war.”
