During week one of the Chauvin murder trial, the defense tried to put George Floyd on trial instead. When you put Floyd on trial “you’re putting Black people on trial,” @CornelWest explains to @MehdiRHasan, “so imagine that policeman my neck.”

G Floyd was a powerful, fit, tall, muscular man, with rap sheet & personal (addiction) issues (along with GF)...

So "putting black people on trial"? Is that admition that "black culture" is in fact criminal culture? Seems a bit racist to me, but I don't have an argument to counter it. If your spokesperson is a drugged out criminal, one can only assume the followers are as well.
Cornel West helped Trump win. Why does anyone still tolerate his narcissistic ramblings on television?

Before Derek Chauvin was filmed kneeling on George Floyd's neck on a Minneapolis street, they worked together at a nightclub not far from where the incident happened.

OMG. Why can’t you let the jury decide without all the pandering and race baiting. Media drives divisiveness in US. Listen to Charles Barkley. Candace Owen. Hershel walker. Leo.

Those of us whom ever struggled with a “weighted” blanket knows the discomfort when they sometimes get twisted around your neck and shoulders-just imagine -the distress of having four adult men sitting on your back with a knee tight against your neck for over nine minutes.

That has been the problem from the get go. Whites made it a habit of making Blacks the bad guy. And we were brainwashed from our white families & lack of history in our schools from the get go. We had to elect a racist president to show truth. We couldn't find it ourselves.
Folks, until we pass real police reform that includes a “dirty cop” data base; it’s useless just firing these defamed police-why-It’s simply too easy for them to be re-hired within a different county, or to relocate out of state with a valid police background for employment.
“AMERICA ON TRIAL” The best words spoken about this trial. Most reporters & analysts didn’t reflect this deduction.
