They may have diffused a land mine but they are not revealing any proof that Floyd was murdered. Bring in a doctor who can explain how what happened lead directly to his death. This case will not be won tugging at heartstrings through empathy and emotion. That’s much is clear.

You’re being unfair with the defense in this case: Chauvin is presumed innocent until proven guilty; and, he is entitled to a vigorous defense. Raising reasonable doubt re the cause of death could mean his client is found guilty of a lesser charge.
Drugs killed Floyd won’t fly. The knee on his neck that remained there after he stopped breathing and even after EMT told him to take his knee off, will.
