The WH & Cong. Dems were able to use the budget process to get the stimulus passed by a simple majority. For the rest of their agenda, they face the hurdle of clearing a 60-vote threshold. If @MehdiRHasan is glass half empty about that, let’s call @WHCOS glass half full:
