“I've come to view myself less as an objective journalist, and more as a clinical journalist,” says @Peacock’s new host, @NBCJoshua. “If I was an oncologist, I would not be objective about cancer. I want a cure. But I can’t go into a lab and look at my sample and go ‘DAMN YOU!’”

Replying to @MehdiHasanShow
So how can we get to a place of mutual respect even with political differences? @MehdiHasanShow @NBCJoshua @peacock When can a person criticize another person's opinion without being accused of being racist, facist, neo-nazi, or whatever term someone wants to assign you to?
Joshua Johnson you and Mehdi Hassan are fantastic on MSNBC and Peacock. Thank you both for great reporting.
if you want public trust, stop serving corporate interests and work for people 🤷‍♀️

Excellent overview of your journalistic stance. Highly commendable. A shame such eloquence wasn’t supported with stunning background artwork and professional accoutrements strewn about. 😂 At least you said ‘firmament’ (one of my favs) so that’s something. ✨
Well stated. And to be fair, some people are just too extreme one way or another to trust true journalists. Those people will never be open-minded enough to be objective. But journalists like you who do your jobs professionally - you keep the rest of us responsibly informed.
