tonites rant on medicare being free was totally Wrong. Elderly pay in for years. then pay premiums, deductibles & 20% copays. Premiums rise substantially with income. No eye or dental. GOP trying to privatize not improve. Part D & Med advantage designed to favor insurers/donors
