Besides recognizing the 11 million people who are in the United States already and are going to remain here, and simply legalizing their presence, there should be a budgetary impact from reduced costs for enforcement and revenues from taxes, though most already pay taxes.

The people that are out there picking the food in the fields are, to me, even more important than the people scanning the bags at the grocery stores and taking your money. Without these people there would be nothing in those stores how hard is it to add 1+1 together?

Let them stay but no citeznship. Their kids or grandkids will enjoy their sacrifice

To me, leaving everything behind and risking your life trying to forge a better one, in a country hostile to your attempt, is a more than adequate character reference for a citizenship application
