The Hague ruled that it has jurisdiction to investigate alleged war crimes by Israeli (and Palestinian) forces in the occupied territories. Is it an advance for human rights? @4noura and the Wiesenthal Center’s Rabbi Abraham Cooper offer their very different opening arguments:

Now The Hague should investigate Trump & his administration for genocide.

Mr. Hasan. I noticed that you let Israel have the last (and longest) word. Easy. Thinking ego? Like a GOP senator?
Important note: the ICC is a treaty-based court, doesn't directly have jurisdiction over non-state parties. Rabbi Cooper's comment are erroneous, it cannot exercise jurisdiction over China as a non-state party. There are exceptions but none apply here. Same for the US.
Simon Wiesenthal center is a racist Anti Palestinian organization that goes after Pro Palestinian activisits and called Jeremy Corbyn the most dangerous person to world Jews just days before the general election in 2019 and doesn't accept the genocide designation for srebrenecia
Its a fact that Palestinians had their lands stolen, and continue to be pushed out, killed, and live like 2nd class citizens. Israel does whatever it can to make their lives miserable, they agreed to a 2 state solution, now they changed their mind. Stop playing games, make peace.
