Could Donald Trump face any criminal charges for alleged incitement of the Capitol insurrection? @JoyceWhiteVance believes "No one is above the law. Donald Trump is no longer above the law, and it's time for prosecutors to give his conduct a hard look."

Did you speak with District Attorney Fani Willis from Fulton County, GA about trying Trump for election fraud?

Considering his criminal actions and intentions, I would certainly hope so!

It would behoove Republicans to impeach with a resounding majority. After all, Trump is already forming the patriot party. If he succeeds, the Republican Party will be over. Their only chance is to ensure Trump can’t run for President again...😏

So, Joyce is saying that while he was president he was above the law?!?
you betcha. and after impeachment there will still be a raft of crimes to prosecute, dated jan.6 and before and after.
He was above the law before presidency, he was above the law during and guess where he will be after. Money is above the law even when it belongs to a crook.
Interesting dichotomy - "You can't impeach him now - he's out of office" v. "You can't indict him now for actions taken while still President". Call it the Presidential Prosecution Donut Hole.
You know he has a pocket pardon for sure!
The DOJ MEMO STATE that a sitting president can not be indicted WHILE IN OFFICE. This is self explanatory. The reason for the memo is because the president has a lot to focus on and don't need legal distractions. Once out of office he/she doesn' have business of the country.
