This is a joke. Presidents can’t be prosecuted for murder b/c they are horrible at their job and people die as a result. Come on, Glenn. Get a grip.
However the jury should be ex presidentes and their wives

Could any of this be pushed onto @FoxNews @OANN etc for distributing the misinformation and/or that they told and trumpeted false information?

Interesting analysis. I think I’m with Paul that there are so many other more easily prosecutable cases to take. But it would be interesting to witness Glenn’s scenario playing out.
As potus the ppl should/have trust in him to keep them safe...thats his #1 job. Not only did he lie but he lead some of us to the slaughter house knowing fully well they didn't have the right info, not 6f part & weren't wearing masks not to mention his "heard mentality" theory.

#TrumpKnew had access to this information before the American ppl & played it down.. that my friend is more than enough evidence 230,000 lives lost due to Trump negligence!!! Trump belongs behind bars A Big wall
He will pardon his family & Pence. His argument will be that he himself did nothing to be pardoned but others, they will be pardoned. The Republicans need him & his 72 mill. He’s been impeached. Nothing. He’ll not be prosecuted. Maybe covid left a big scar on his fat cold heart😈
