Yep. And those conservatives who helped create this nightmare will need to be working for decades to undo the great harm they did to our republic. Many have sincerely repented. But some never Trumpers haven’t yet repented.

There has been a societal shift away from our core values. So many people voted for perceived personal gain rather than societal good is a reflection of the degree of that shift.
