Great commentary. I was 28 when I immigrated to🇨🇦from 🇬🇧. I had considered 🇺🇸 but picked 🇨🇦. (Dodged a bullet?) I have never had the feelings that Mehdi lays out here. Perhaps my whiteness and atheism goes unnoticed? Good Luck, Mehdi.

Here’s the ‘fellow American’ welcome letter from Trump that I got. It’s not bad, by his standards. But he obviously didn’t write it - not just because of the pro-immigrant sentiment but also...there are no typos or spelling errors in it. I’m so used to his random Capitalizations.
