Since there's a ton of angry comments on Make Some Noise: I CAN'T do Pizza Tower OST WITH LYRICS anymore due to Copyright/Content ID restrictions. I am doing Original songs so you can have SOMETHING. When you scream at me for doing them, you are PUNISHING ME FOR NOT GIVING UP.

I would LOVE to cover more of the Pizza Tower OST. I would also love to put food on the table and pay all of my artists, and that has to come first. I'll continue to do all I can to entertain yall, and I WILL be doing Lap 3 WITH LYRICS since it's fanmade & I got permission.

To avoid any misunderstanding: all of these things are possible. In fact, we encourage you to create covers! In fact, we have emailed you multiple times about licensing these music rights (*including derivative work rights*) so that you can do all of this. This is your call.

Guys they're quite literally saying they've reached out to RecD and offering to communicate, this can be fixed. Also like, I never really got why RecD was always so afraid of copyright claims? To the point where a bar of reference to Megalovania in a song scares him (which would-

-certainly not get copyright claimed lol). It's never made sense to me because as a creator myself, these claims are challengeable. 99% of the time if I have gotten a copyright claim from Materia and I dispute it I get it removed. Yeah it's annoying, but it takes till the end of-

-the month at most and I get all the revenue I earned at the end of the day. I've never gotten the paranoia from RecD in specific.

When I originally joined the team as an artist I also thought RecD was being too paranoid about it, before seeing directly the impact that copyright strikes can have. And copyright strikes hurt your revenue even if they are disputed and won.

FYI, here's an example from April of this year for somebody losing a claim dispute for the MELODY of Megalovania. This is months AFTER Toby Fox posted that you should be able to dispute copyright claims with no troubles. Materia doesn't give a shit
