That's a TOUGH question. for me I think its a flip of a coin between Darren Korb's soundtrack for Pyre and Jim Guthrie's soundtrack for Sword and Sworcery

Undertale ranks first for me. Others including FEZ, Outer Wilds, Tunic. All masterfully transferring the game's mood into its score and therefore amplifying the overall experience.
