I don't know if this is an @MateriaColl issue or an @Bandcamp issue, but if you try to buy a 1-track album for 1$ it won't apply the discount, but if you but the same song as 1 track off the "album" it will price it properly at $0.80. Good sale nonetheless, bought a bunch
