Oof, can't choose. I believe both Shining Force I and II have AMAZING Soundtracks. SF2, in particular, has "Wandering Warriors" which is really impressive, especially for Mega Drive hardware. There's also Golden Axe 3 or Shinobi 3... but guess I'll go with Sonic 3&K.

Chrono Cross, probably for life. Nier Automata has recently become my 2nd place however.
