We are happy to confirm that we are on track to meet our mid-Feb goal for artist payments. Step 1 (Data Entry and Review) is the biggest, most time-consuming part of the process, and we are working hard to finish it. We will be pushing through the weekend to complete it ASAP.

Starting this week, we’ll be sharing our progress on getting payments out by mid-February. This is a multi-step process to update and verify the information in the Materia Dashboard, our music royalty accounting software. This week, our focus is Step 1: Data Entry and Review.

We've heard your concerns and we apologize sincerely for the incident. Moving forward we recognize the importance of resolving this swiftly and fully. All delayed payments will be made by mid-February and we are fixing the issue so this won't happen again.
