If you analyse this correct you can find the difference between vaccinated and no vaccinated. From 100 people, 5 not have been vaccinated, it means in the ICU you can have 4 of 5 (80%) non vacinated and 6 of 95 (~6%). This shows the vaccine helped to have less people in ICU.
