Part of life is managing acceptable risk - that includes the risk of death or long term illness. I do everything I practically can to avoid the disease, and haven't caught it yet, but I and many others gladly accept the risks over the totalitarian horrors of 2020/2021.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with the public. While I am in the United States I find that every aspect of you memorandum is compelling. It applies to all of us, especially any country who values its people and its infrastructure.

Highly effective in reducing severe disease and death? All data available shows vast majority in ICU and dying are 3 or 4+ doses vaccinated.

“Not (full) vaccinated” means received at least one jab or unknown. Also, the “in population” ratio is assumed based on a select (preferred by Pfizer) sample size
