The day Aust reached total 1 million cases its instructive to review last 2 years. Cases/day & Deaths/day highest over first 11 days 2022. Outbreak management has failed - needs free RATs, RAT result-App, all boosters & kid doses ASAP & $ sick leave support.

Imagine true number if all the people who can't be tested because they can't get a RAT & are too sick to stand in line all day waiting for a pcr were known & counted. And all the cases who haven't reported their positive RAT. Wilful dereliction of duty. This gov must go now

The situation is at least that bad. The Deaths per Day only shows those of people dying of COVID infection. COVID's indirect death toll, as it strangles the hospital system, is a concern. And I am unsure how we track comparative gross seasonal death rate at a daily level.
