Didn't fail as much as anti-pandemic measures were torn away in early December. Then some politicians and news media shouted Freedom Day and told people to take off their masks and 'get back to your lives.'

They're just going to #LetItRip and wait until it infects everybody, then they're expecting the peak to come down. They're riding the wave, pushing through, shaking & baking, staring it down. Everything, EXCEPT managing this outbreak! So much damage and suffering all around 💔
