Testing is not important.Case numbers should only be counted when you that sick enough to need hospital, not just going good to hospital because your so scared when you get a sore throat . Enclosed area in close proximity to a symptomatic person for a very longtime

Under the WHO definition, positive RAT with symptoms, or without but with contact to a confirmed case, is a confirmed case. In NSW Covid is a notifiable disease. Under the IHR Oz has legal obligations to both detect and report Covid. Gotta wonder what rules are being broken here.
