Vic Govt- If they do not have symptoms, strongly recommended to use a daily rapid antigen test for 5 days. How many people can afford this? $200 at least for a family of 4 and given social contacts are coming in thick and thin, this could be required on a regular basis.

That’s the general idea I’m afraid. This gov doesn’t appear to care about low paid & unemployed people.
