This is now happening in the NT. Actually pleased to work in ED as we have always been prioritised re PPE and testing.

Exactly. These tests (PCR/RATS) need to be done at least 2x/week in high risk situations. Delays rapidly degrade the benefits of testing. Health workers need testing to protect each other (and the patients)

Health workforce is wider than hospitals. Ambulance, community health, RACF, Community Health, GPs. All vital cogs that are potential community spreaders. Random single RATs don’t seem helpful.
