1 of 3: When gov made changes to testing, I estimate 2 year cost may have reached $3.7bill for 54mill PCR tests (at possible 50% priv & pub path). To reduce $ test hubs could use PCR on those with symptoms & rapid antigen test (RATs) on all others. Cheaper but still effective.

Health First and Staying Safe. Les Miserable runs a non-Caring Federal Negative Government whose only criteria unfortunately is "Let The Market Rule."

#Qld and #Tas require #RapidAntigenTests or #PCRtest to enter. As a visitor or returnee. States refuse #PCR for interstate travel, yet don't provide a #RapidAntigenTest in lieu. @qldhealth confirmed without access to either = no entry. Delay your return. #auspol #qldpol #taspol

Appreciate your invaluable contributions. Can I suggest we can't assume on current performance the RAT data would be collected as per the UK. gov.uk/report-covid19-result

Instead, the gvt has pledged 370 million worth of RAT tests. What a disgrace.

Seems no point to suffer the frustration of policy decisions, a global people/species given the opportunity to change but the powerful can't/won't let go of a economic model that's outlasted if usefulness. Good Luck 🤞🤞

The cost to federal govt is really not as issue, since they issue our currency Cheaper is OK as long as it is still statistically reliable Putting it onto states IS an economic issue, as is putting onto the poor & needy, sick & disabled First job of govt is to protect its people
