Boosters at 4mths (Jan 4),3mths (end Jan) should now be prioritised for those with 2 doses of AZ (after 4 months v.low protection against Omicron). International positive cases now match when India ban was imposed. Travellers need booster & rapid antigen test on arrival to Aus

Do we know whether duration of interval between AZ doses still confers benefit with Omicron, eg 3 month interval between 1st and 2nd dose vs 8 week interval?

Indeed, recipients of AZ waited 12 weeks between jabs - so even early adopters are disadvantaged by booster wait time

Thank you for your advocacy. You are one of the few women thoroughly qualified to advocate, and one of the few whose judgment I trust.
