This is excellent evidence-based advice. Rapid antigen tests are expensive, beyond some people's means. Make them free, will reduce the burden on PCR testing sites, and make it easier to exercise personal responsibility as urged.

Someone should ask the Prime Minister why the Commonwealth has not funded RAT. The UK government provides them free via pharmacies. The US allows them to be claimed on health insurance and free from NGOs for those without insurance.
