CHR (case hospitalisation rate) on Omicron rapid uptake in NSW, on around 90% double vaxxed,most cases prior vaccinated breakthrough. Cant see any mention re severity re unvaccinated. Also NSW has adopted home hospitalisation (prior home deaths with Delta) so not reflected in CHR

What of booster wane? The 2 Israeli cardiologists were 3x vaxed. Any idea how far out from when they were boostered? Obviously Covid is pretty rapidly changing so what should we combine as to shot types & schedule for topping up, to keep adequate antibody levels?

Marie-Louise, what about the immunosuppressed who have had 2 doses (often AZ) plus 1 catch up (Pfizer)? Does the same apply - Booster 4-6 months after third dose?

What about T cell memory? Why is this being neglected. I have had secondary covid infections with very very mild symptoms. This science is being cast aside for booster pushing.

Is this just from infection with 1 strain, or 1 type of jab? What about 2 different prior strains/jabs? There's been hints of a jab+natural infection (e.g. MERS+pfizer) or 2 different jabs, leading to broader immunity (MERS+pfizer giving even immunity to bat & pangolin strains).
